As a Signals Intelligence Analyst (35N) Instructor, candidate will provide performance-oriented training using the Training Doctrine (TRADOC) – approved Program Instruction (POI).
- Training will include classroom training (platform and small group), hands-on training/practical exercise training, role playing, simulation/virtual training, and field exercise training.
- Participate as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in developing revision of the POIs Lesson Plans and Training Support Packages (TSPs) to remedy deficiencies or shortcomings identified during the preparation for and conduct of instruction.
- Conduct of instruction shall also be in support of specialized training requirements or the training of new systems.

Job Requirements:
As a Signals Intelligence Analyst (35N) Instructor, the candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Have 6 years of military occupational specialty (MOS) operational experience as an Electronic Warfare/Signals Intelligence Analyst (U.S. Army MOS 35N), Signals Collector/Analyst (U.S. Army MOS 35S) or equivalent U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, or Air Force specialties in support of authorized intelligence activities as defined by AR 381-10 within the last ten years.
- Bachelors’ Degree. Two years of additional experience may be substituted, provided experience directly related to the position’s description.
- Completion of any of the applicable military courses: ALC, SLC, WOBC, WOAC, MIOBC, or MICCC
- Minimum of Interim Top Secret or Top Secret clearance with SCI edibility required.
- Must submit to a CI Polygraph, to develop or teach certain blocks of instruction.
- Completion of a Common Faculty Development Program – Instructor Course (CFDP-IC) and Small Group Instructor Course (SGITC) or DoD/Service equivalent, is preferred.
