Sales Effectiveness Assistant Manager Job Description:
Role Synopsis:
We’re hiring a Sales Effectiveness Assistant Manager to provide support for the US Sales Operations team with a dedicated/specific focus on Sales Effectiveness—this role has multiple elements to it and requires coordination within Sales Operations, Marketing and across the other departments/organizations. This role reports directly to the Sales Effectiveness Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Sales Effectiveness Manager in the handling of day-to-day activities and reporting pertaining to:
o Phone Analytics
o Lead Management KPIs: Ex. Dealer Close Rates, Response Times, Lead Scoring
o Manifest Download
o Dealer Chat
o Dealer Success Contact Tool
• Work closely/coordinate with Retail Marketing to ensure fully aligned focus and maximization of results.
• Manage all Field and Dealer communication and reporting relating to Sales Effectiveness
• Work in conjunction with GMF to enhance the lead management process from all perspectives.
• Assist and coordinate with high-impact in person field team and dealer training.
Essential Qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelors Degree
• Proficient in Powerpoint and Excel
• Strategic thinker and results driven
• Knowledge of automotive Field Sales/Service structure
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and engage with Leadership team.
• Ability to plan and champion new projects and manage complexity.
• Ability to build strong relationships internally with Dealer network;
• Excellent Time Management.
