HR Coordinator
W2 Contract
ONSITE out of Bellevue, WA or Ridgefield Park, NJ
Target W2 $24 / hr
The position will be responsible for providing operational support to our HR Generalist and HR Business Partner teams. Duties will include operational management of activities across all verticals of core HR functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists HRBP / G Team with various HR inquiries across the enterprise including though not limited to; rhythm of the business (day to day tasks), people processes, general questions, employee separations and internal offer processing
Maintains, oversees and supports HRG Team Shared Inbox HRIS accuracy and completeness by utilizing Workday and performing functions such as change jobs, supervisory orgs and cost centers changes
Processes various Workday business processes (for example reorganizations, cost center revisions and direct contractor HRIS management)
Provides various support across the HRBP / G team throughout Cyclical People Processes
Collects data and provides reporting from multiple sources related to HR People Metrics on an as need basis
Other ad-hoc projects as requested
Top Skills :
Workday experience required (minimum of 1 year of visible experience)
General HR Administration & Customer Focused experience
SKILLS
1-2 years relevant experience working within HR related technologies with a clear functional understanding of core HR business practices, processes, and terminology across all core facets of HR
Manages time effectively and adapts easily to shifting priorities
Quick learner and at the same time has a passion for learning
Detail-oriented, organized, good project / time management and problem solving mindset
Ability to communicate effectively in person and remotely
Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results
Exceptional interpersonal, teamwork skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels within an organization
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to respond quickly to client requests and foster professional business relationships

Technical skills useful for the job :
Experience in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience with HRIS tools, Workday experience is required
