Supply Chain Analyst 2 – Trade-in Operations
Description
Responsible for tracking KPIs, investigating disputes, managing invoices, and pushing for enhancements. The position will work closely with: Customer Care, E-commerce, and Operations teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Well organized and able to adjust quickly to changes.
- Integrates and manages logistics KPI (Key Performance Index), inventory, and shipment information.
- Manages the product characteristics and inventory grades of each location.
- Reviews all Trade-In warehouse disputes and provide timely response.
- Manage operational invoices, ensure timely payment.
- Perform regular audits of our 3PL’s triage results.
- Strong analytical skills and principles.
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- Experience with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Past experience in Customer Service and/or Warehousing preferred.
- Warehousing Experience

- Data Analysis
- High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2-4 years related experience required.
