- This is a 6-month, hybrid, W2 contract to hire and a great opportunity to support technical and business teams.
- This is hybrid role, and our team is onsite Tuesdays and Thursday.
- Must be able to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
- 5 or more years of relevant experience as a Technical Business Analyst
- Experience in requirements gathering process for IT systems
- Experience In working closely with engineering, quality assurance, and customer support teams
- Experience in data migration and Integration
- Experience with relational databases, and writing queries
- Experience with reporting, SSRS or Power BI
- Experience developing support materials, including SOPs and Help Guides
- Experience leading joint application sessions (JAD
- Significant experience in requirements gathering and documentation, process flows and working with software engineering team
- Technical background, especially with software development is required
- Data analysis skills including SQL are required
