Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Loyalty Program Manager to lead and manage our customer loyalty initiatives. The ideal candidate is responsible to establish and execute a strategy for branded credit card sales and membership enrollment. They will monitor and manage internal and external recruitment platforms and initiate new acquiring channels and measure performance against targets, incentivize goal achievement and review the execution of the work plan.
Responsibilities
- On-Site Management – Recruit and manage outsourced sales teams in different platforms
- Ongoing and close working relationship with the Bank and the issuer to enhance recruitment
- Create and cultivate relationships with relevant communities/stakeholders
- Start local "Points Earn & Burn" partnerships to enhance value proposition
- Launch, manage and monitor local recruiting campaigns with local Jewish organizations, travel agents, target markets
- Initiate digital recruiting campaigns- websites, app, newsletters
- Work closely with the FFP co. in Israel for marketing and advertising items
- Oversee and manage sales budget
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in management field (Business Administration or similar field).
- 3 years minimum Sales management experience
- 2 years minimum experience in the credit card market
- Loyalty program experience a plus
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in relationship management, product launch and enhancement, partnership marketing
- Plan and prioritize workloads effectively
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
- Proactive, adaptable and highly driven to deliver results
- Ability to work on both long term and tight deadlines
- Organized, structured and logical approach towards business
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English speaker
- Proficiency in Hebrew preferred
- Must be willing to travel (domestic and international as needed)
