Overview of Responsibilities:
● Prepare and serve a wide range of tequila and mezcal-based cocktails to guests, ensuring high-quality and consistent drinks.
● Maintain an organized and well-stocked bar, keeping all items organized and in reset between shifts
● Stay informed on our tequila and mezcal offerings, and be able to discuss them knowledgeably with guests.
● Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe work environment. ● Provide friendly, efficient, and attentive service to all guests, contributing to a positive and memorable experience.
● Assist with regular bar duties, including setup, breakdown, and cleaning
Your Strengths & Qualifications:
● Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale environment.
● Strong knowledge of tequila, mezcal, and other spirits, with the ability to craft and recommend cocktails. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
● Meticulous with drink preparation, ensuring consistency and quality in every cocktail served.
● Excellent verbal communication skills, able to interact effectively with guests and team members.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple orders and tasks efficiently.
● Strong team player, willing to assist colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the bar.
● Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
● Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly, and stand for extended periods during shifts.
● Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
