Your responsibilities will include assisting servers, clearing tables, and supporting the kitchen staff to create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring a tidy dining area.
- Assist servers by refilling drinks, delivering food, and providing any additional support as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, including floors, windows, and restrooms.
- Set up and break down dining areas for special events or catering functions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and efficient food handling.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding food service and handling.
- Provide excellent customer service by being attentive to guests’ needs.
Requirements
- Previous experience in bussing or food service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with both guests and staff.
- Knowledge of proper food handling techniques is a plus.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
