Your key responsibilities will include managing supply chain and budget, clinical nursing practice, staff recruitment and retention, labor relations, education, employee performance evaluation, quality improvement, and internal and external regulatory requirements.
You will work closely with clinical directors, physicians, and staff to ensure the unit maintains the highest standards of patient care and is responsive to the needs of patients and families.
