Job Description
El Camino Health is excited to offer a Bridge Program for experienced RNs seeking entry into Acute Care practice.
This program is designed for experienced RNs who have been working in non acute care settings (such as LTAC, Subacute, SNF, etc) who are interested in transitioning into the Acute Care Setting
Program will begin 7/8/24
RNs will be hired into positions for the Medical/Surgical and Telemetry Units.
This posting will remain open until 3pm 3/29/24
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current California RN License
- Current AHA BLS certification.
- BSN preferred.
Experience:
Must have recent (within the last year) clinical nursing experience in a non-acute care setting
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to communicate in English and to perform potentially complex speaking, reading, writing, and mathematics.
Ability to organize, prioritize and delegate appropriately.

Salary Range:
$75.45 - $75.45 USD Hourly
