Our SEs support the entire lifecycle of IFF development, from initial proposals to post-delivery validation and test, ensuring a challenging and rewarding career with exposure to all facets of systems engineering. All of our engineering design and test is accomplished at our Farmingdale location to provide an immersive experience from start to finish, with close coordination with all engineering disciplines.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Lead the SE effort for small to medium sized programs, including some of the following tasks :
• Customer requirements clarity and decomposition to other engineering disciplines
• System Design and Interface Documentation development (IDD, ICD)
• Support design reviews (PDR, CDR)
• Generation of Test and Integration methodology and documentation
• Customer Interface and Interaction through Technical Interchange Meetings, Design Reviews and Verification events
• Laboratory testing using advanced test and measuring equipment including Department of Defense (DoD) AIMS Certification Testing
• Post Delivery Field Testing / Support
• Cost account management (earned value, integrated master schedule support)

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is : $99,830 - $175,563.

Additional compensation : An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.
