In addition to providing clinical care for patients, this position also rotates to oversee the patients and families in ED waiting area; providing assistance to patients’ upon arrival, assisting the triage RN in identifying medical necessity, supporting and providing information to patients, families and staff.QUALIFICATIONSHigh School diploma or equivalent. Ability to communicate clearly with patients, guests, and co-workers in English both verbally and in writing.
