Job Description
El Campo Lost Lagoon RV Resort is looking for an ambitious Staffing/Scheduling Coordinator who will help us organize the daily operations of our RV resort facilities. We are seeking a professional and customer-focused applicant to oversee our RV resort staff. In this position, you will be jointly responsible with each Department Managers in carrying out their overall duties and responsibilities and overseeing the day-to-day operations and activities.
The Staffing/Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for managing staff schedules, coordinating shifts, and addressing staffing needs to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experience. You will work closely with all staff to resolve scheduling conflicts, monitor staffing levels, and make necessary adjustments. To excel in this role, you must be approachable and detail-oriented with proven hospitality or management work experience. Our ideal candidate will also demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Schedule must be flexible. Weekends are required
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Staffing Coordinator or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of labor laws related to staffing.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with great attention to detail.
. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- Address scheduling conflicts, staffing shortages, and staff requests for time off.
- Monitor attendance and manage overtime records.
- Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams for onboarding and staff record management.
- Ensure compliance with staffing regulations and labor laws.
