Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry. As a Server/Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service, crafting delicious drinks, and maintaining a vibrant atmosphere.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service and compliance with legal regulations.
- Manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as necessary, and keeping track of orders using POS.
- Uphold high standards of food handling practices in accordance with health regulations.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in a full service restaurant setting, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with culinary practices and food handling procedures is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for processing payments and making change accurately.
- Experience using a tablet style POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
