What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavioral Health Manager North Region Clinic and SBHC position at El Centro Family Health?
The Behavioral Health Manager will work closely with the Behavioral Health Director to provide direction to staff in the form trainings, leading meetings and conducting scheduled provider evaluations. Behavioral Health Manager will participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures. This independently licensed person also provides brief and intensive therapy to individuals, children, adolescents, families, and/or groups, as well as Clinical Supervision to non-independently licensed providers.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Graduation from an approved and accredited school with a master's degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or other related human service field.
License: Licensure: Holds a current license in the State of New Mexico at the independent practitioner level such as, but not limited to, Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
Experience: Two-year's post-master's experience working in behavioral health to include crisis counseling.
Certification: CPR

- HepB vaccine or waiver
