Now Hiring: Bilingual Front Desk Secretary – Accounting Firm ($17.50/hr, Full-Time or Part-Time)
We are looking for a Bilingual (Spanish & English) Front Desk Secretary to join our accounting firm! The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and have strong communication skills to assist with front office operations.
Requirements:
✅ High School diploma or equivalent
✅ Previous experience in a front office or clerical position is preferred, especially in an accounting or financial setting, but not required
✅ Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles
✅ Ability to effectively use and maintain office equipment
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
✅ Excellent communication and organizational skills
✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
✅ A team player with a strong work ethic
Position Details:
Starting Pay: $17.50/hr
Location: Camp Verde AZ
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time
