POSITION SUMMARY:
The Admitting Lead provides first-line supervisory and management in the provision of patient access services (registration, pre-registration, patient scheduling, financial counseling and collections). Assists in monitoring staff compliance with regulatory requirements, and provides advanced knowledge in patient access services. Will perform all work in accordance to the hospital’s Mission, Vision and Values.
In compliance with the California Pay Transparency Act, El Centro Regional Medical Center (ECRMC) posts the pay range for all jobs. Please note that actual pay will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please also note this range is applicable for employees who reside in California only. A geographical pay differential may be applied for remote employees who reside out of state. - High School Diploma or equivalent
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a medical office, insurance company or financial institution
- Types 45 WPM, advanced knowledge of computer
