What are the responsibilities and job description for the CENTRAL STAFFING MANAGER position at El Centro Regional Medical Center?
The Central Staffing Manager is responsible for coordinating/providing accurate and timely documentation necessary to achieve adequate staffing of all departments across the organization. Maintain Master Schedules by making accurate and timely adjustments to the daily schedules in order to accommodate absences and to provide adequate staff levels in response to patient census, acuity levels and the collective needs of departments. Responsible for the management of the Nursing float staff. Serves as a resource for Patient Classification System (PCS). Supervises staffing office assistants and leads managers to fulfill staffing requirements that follow required metrics.

Full Time
- High School Diploma or equivalent; and
- At least two (2) years experience in schedule creation / maintenance in healthcare field; and
- Microsoft Office Suite experience (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
