POSITION SUMMARY:
The House Charge Nurse directs compliance with the established standards of care and practice, ensures compliance with Federal/State Regulations. Is an advocate of the Hospital’s Mission Statement supporting the goals and objectives of the organization and the overall operations of nursing services on a per shift basis. Is a resource for the entire hospital during the hours they are functioning in this role.

Please note that actual pay will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please also note this range is applicable for employees who reside in California only. A geographical pay differential may be applied for remote employees who reside out of state. - Registered Nurse by the State of California
- Graduate of an approved/accredited school/university of nursing
- BLS/CPR (American Heart Association)
- ACLS (American Heart Association)
- Five (5) years working experience as a staff RN
