LICENSED SOCIAL WORKER (LSW)

Utilizing professional clinical social work knowledge and skills required for patient counseling, interdisciplinary collaboration, crisis intervention, education, training, orientation, consultation, referral, research and evaluation, and community organization. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients at the Oncology and Hematology Clinic. The LCSW will also serve as support for counseling of pain management patients when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Masters in Social Work
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Psychologist
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Speak, Write, Read in English
• Speak and Read Spanish

Position Pay Range: $31.79 - $52.43/hour
