Join our team as a Host and be the face of our Mexican restaurant! You'll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire dining experience. More than just a seater, you're a welcoming committee, ensuring every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive. Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
Duties / Experience
- Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently.
- Handle to-go orders accurately and promptly.
- Answer phone calls and provide information.
- Maintain a clean and organized host area.
- Assist with seating arrangements and ensure smooth guest flow.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with guests and team members.
