Maintenance Technician

Position Description:

We are looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician with experience and knowledge in preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery, as well as in the installation, inspection, and repair of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Responsibilities:

• Provide preventive and corrective maintenance support to production lines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform immediate repairs on industrial machinery.
• Inspect and install new equipment and mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform welding and fabrication tasks for mechanical parts and components.
• Ensure routine maintenance of the facilities and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of production processes.
• Maintain the HVAC system (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) within the facility to ensure proper climate control.

Requirements:

• Academic Background: Degree in Industrial Electricity, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields.
• Minimum Experience: At least 1 year of experience in industrial maintenance in a production environment.
• Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical components.
• Basic knowledge of industrial electricity and the ability to perform repairs on these systems.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical schematics and manufacturer manuals.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and tracking maintenance tasks.
• Proactive attitude and the ability to work under pressure in a high-demand environment.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards in the workplace.
