Position Summary: As a host at El Cholo, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary objective is to create a memorable experience that will leave our guests wanting to return again and again.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality service to guests at all times
- Have strong knowledge of commonly-used concepts, best practices, and procedures in a restaurant
- Be highly proficient in product, food, and beverage knowledge
- Make recommendations and suggestive sell items you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe working environment

Education/Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Valid California Food Handler Certification
- Minimum 1 year experience in a high volume, fast-paced full service restaurant
