What are the responsibilities and job description for the Charter School Maintenance position at El Concilio?
El Concilio California Academies is looking to fulfill the temporary position of a part-time Custodian. Responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness of school site in both indoor and outdoor areas. The custodian will follow all cleaning protocols and routinely disinfect to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 and other infectious diseases. The custodian will assist all school personnel with minor routine maintenance, such as minor touch-up painting, replacing facility lights, and other maintenance related task. This position shall follow all health inspection standards required and remain in contact with administrative staff to provide updates on site maintenance.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1:00pm - 6:00pm.
Requirements: Background Check, Livescan Finger Prints, Health Records/Immunizations, Valid Driver's License.
Qualifications: A Highschool Diploma with 1-3 years of experience is highly preferred; 3-5 years of experience is required in lieu of a diploma.
Employment Type: Part-Time (25 hours per week), Non-Exempt
