Brief Job Description
As a Cocktail Waitress, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests by taking orders, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere in our establishment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Availability: Must have full availability for day, swing, grave shifts, work extended hours, weekends, and holidays. as this is an on-call/extra position.
- Cash Handling: Proficiency in handling cash and processing various forms of payment accurately.
- Previous experience in a similar waitress setting.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- ability to obtain and maintain TAM/Health Cards
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and take their beverage orders.
- Be familiar with all property features and services to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
- Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain complete knowledge of all liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available on the casino floor.
- Maintain complete knowledge of designated glassware and garnishes for each drink.
- Complete opening side duties fold/stack cocktail napkins, stock swizzle sticks, straws, matches, line cocktail trays, stock glassware, restock supplies, inspect cleanliness and condition of assigned station and service areas.
- Communicate orders through Bartender ensuring transactions are recorded accurately.
- Perform all other job related duties as requested.
