The Role
The role of Marketing Director requires working with our senior management team to develop and grow the client portfolio. The Marketing Director is responsible for nurturing client relationships to help achieve our company's broader vision.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop strategies and tactics to deliver innovative and integrated campaigns
Implement and manage successful marketing campaigns
Develop strategies derived from marketing campaigns and be able to articulate those strategies through an engaging narrative
Lead on big, bold and industry-leading ideas
Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, and much more
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
Maintain brands through digital marketing campaigns
Manage marketing budget
Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
Manage Marketing team
Preform market research while strategizing with other team members and creating content to aid in the success of all marketing campaigns
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
Proficiency in SEO/SEM
Proficiency in SEO/SEM
5 years of marketing experience in the restaurant field at a national level.
Experience in multi-channel (advertising, ticketing, sponsorship, content, experiential, PR, social) campaign planning and execution in a senior level
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
Proven record of generating new opportunities through existing clients and external briefs
Strategic and logical thinker that can easily dissect insight and research to identify opportunities
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, etc.
Comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
Ability to lead a marketing team; Be a team player and a role model for the team
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online/offline marketing and measurement
