Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team as a Part Time Preschool Teacher with the opportunity to move to full time as we continue to grow! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for implementing engaging curriculum activities that promote literacy, math, physical education, and overall child welfare. You will play a crucial role in the development of each child's social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
Your Duties
- Be loving, be happy, give smiles, laughter, joy, be caring, and provide children with appropriate affection
- Implement age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with educational standards and fosters a love of learning.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
- Plan and conduct daily activities that promote literacy education, math skills, physical education, and social interaction.
- Assess and monitor each child's progress through standardized testing and regular observations.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with staff members.
- Foster positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues to create a supportive learning community.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
- Experience in classroom management and curriculum development is essential.
- Knowledge of child welfare practices and the ability to create an inclusive environment for all students.
- Previous experience working in private schools or early childhood settings is highly desirable.
- CPR and First-Aid certified preferred; must be able to pass certification.
- Must pass background check
