Under the general direction of the Director, Curriculum, Instruction & Accountability, the Coordinator of Professional Learning and Educator Development is responsible for providing high-quality professional learning and coaching to educators across the county. This role involves working directly with teachers, school leaders, and staff to enhance instructional practices, foster a growth mindset, and drive student achievement.
Requirements / Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in education or related field. Valid California teaching credential. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of successful teaching experience. Experience in coaching, mentoring, and leading professional development. Experience in instructional design and differentiated professional learning.
