Under the general direction of the Director, Curriculum, Instruction & Accountability, the Director of Educator Development and Effectiveness, is responsible for providing leadership with initiatives aimed at improving educator effectiveness and student achievement. This role oversees teacher residency, and induction programs and supports leadership development for site administrators.
Requirements / Qualifications
Education: Possess or be eligible to apply for a valid California Administrative Services Credential. Possess a valid California Teaching Credential with an English Language Learner Authorization. A Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university, is desirable. Experience: Five (5) years site-level administration or district department-level administration experience, a combination of both preferred.
