Under the direction of the County Superintendent of Schools or designee, serves as the executive leader responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive data strategies, continuous improvement initiatives, and organizational research across the El Dorado County Office of Education. Provides strategic oversight of data systems, analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts to support evidence-based decision-making and enhance educational outcomes for all students in the county.

- A bachelor’s degree in Education, Data Science, Educational Research, Statistics, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
- Valid California Administrative Services Credential preferred Experience:
- Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in data analysis, research, and organizational improvement in educational settings
- Demonstrated experience in leading data teams and managing complex data systems
- Proven track record of translating data insights into actionable strategic recommendations
- Copy of Transcript
- Credential Copy (Not required)
- Letter of Introduction
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (Two current letters from within the last two years)
- Resume
