Digital Merchandising Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for updating the Online Sales category daily to promote those items that qualify for a minimum of 10% of discount.
• Training new recruits on the basics of how the price tags and or how the products come together to be uploaded on the website.
• Oversee that all the products used for category banners and hero banners are not discontinued.
• Monitor the items featured on the billboard, features, and highlights on the homepage are not discontinued and the link used is correct to assist the Marketing department.
• Responsible for running and analyzing reports to ensure the product's position on the grids is displayed including but not limited based on sales history, color, price, and frame.
• Ensure all new merchandise uploaded to the website is displayed in their proper categories on the website.
• Ensure all products have the correct lifestyles and related products displayed.
• Attend daily 15/15 meetings with the sales team and merchandising leader in the store to ensure the features and benefits of the new merchandise are explained are understandable
• Analyze Lucky Orange heatmaps for categories to provide data to buyers for assistance with Market buys including but not limited to search trends, products trends, and customer behavior.
• Monitor the buyers remove or open a PO (whichever is the case) for those items “currently out of stock”
• Assist E-Commerce sales team in providing items substitutes for those sales orders who require it.
• Make sure the Website has optimal Site Audit Statistics using the Semrush tool
• Ensure the secondary colors are displayed with their principal color and have their corresponding swatches.
• Execute merchandising strategies through placement of products and digital assets to directly drive sales, traffic and conversion.
• Continually analyze session and sales data using Google Analythics and provide improvements to enhance the customer experience as it relates to navigation and product page content across devices.
• Assist in execution of digital marketing activity for email, homepage, landing page to support marketing and merchandise initiatives, including new product launches.
• Work cross functionally to collect product priorities for marketing and site stories and ensure the customer experience is clear and consistent.
• Support in-season response with data-driven changes to categories, assortment, or campaigns.
• Manage from order placement to finding delivery of Dropship orders.
• Oversee the Monday Board groups are being updated by the assigned group. This includes ensuring each new item added has its product folders attached.
• Responsible for updating the position of the merchandise used for the Homepage by adding and removing the “0” priority to ensure the customers will be able to find them quickly.
• Gather all new product SKUs and analyze the products with the décor team to verify if they qualify as trending products.
• Analyze product reviews daily product experiences and posts them online to assist other customers in their purchases and share with Purchasing department.
• Work with Photoshop to resize images and create swatches for various colored products.
• Create Mattress Price tags and/or update promotional price tags.
• Assist with Projects for the website such as picture information, data, and or new ideas for website improvements.
• Ensure the Find the Store/ Our Stores sections are kept up-to-date with new changes such as times, contact information, or Team pictures.
• Refreshing the Lifestyles section every 6 months.
• Assist with the documentation of department processes and procedures.
• Run the Daily Reprice report for items that are on sale and dropped by the vendor.
• Generate Daily Work emails to stores with updates done on products. This includes the adding or removing of features, dropped SKUs from the back of the tag, or any additional data vital to the product.
• Bring price tags up o date with current modifications; adding but not limited to configurations, color flags, and measurements.
• Responsible for filling in product information from the product folders/pictures provided by QUAC and buyers for each product to provide customers with accurate details that allow the online experience to be the same as in person.
• Generate the New SKU report daily to add all new merchandise SKUs in management to ensure Vendors are receiving the notifications when the product is ready to be filled the information.
• Responsible for running the New Merchandise report 30 days in advance for incoming containers. Verify the incoming items are listed in the Monday Category “Expected Merchandise”.
• Ensuring Vendor Portal accounts are up to date with correct representative information and creating new logins for new Vendors.
• Researching features and pending information when Factory Representatives cannot provide enough or quality information.
• Ensuring assembly instructions are uploaded daily once merchandise is received and updated in management.
• Processing all buyer requests and or store requests on any updates or removal of product information for the tags or website.
• Organizing images by main images, lifestyles, and alternates in the shared folder and or the Adobe Cloud.
• Ensuring each image has a Marketing and Element name before uploading to management to guarantee the ADA compliance.

Requirements:

• High School Degree or higher
• Analytical with critical thinking ability.
• Organized to work multiple functions.

• Fluent in English and Spanish, preferred.
