Job Description
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- The Athletic Trainer will assist with all aspects of the Athletic Training Department.
- Assist with the health care coverage for all athletic teams.
- Assist with and maintain medical records for all athletes, including athlete medical and insurance records, policies and procedures, etc.
- Assist with and/or provide evaluation and rehabilitation of athletic injuries.
- Assist with supervision and/or maintain athletic training supplies and equipment inventory and ordering.
- Team travel as needed to provide appropriate medical coverage.
- Team travel to all Football games
- Team travel in post season when it does not conflict with other home events.
- Assist with appropriate medical coverage for all home events.
- Assist with input on strength training for all sports.
- Assist with athletic training students.
- Actively recruit athletic training students.
- Assist with teaching required courses for athletic student trainers.
- Assist with supervision of Athletic Training Students in both clinical settings as well as field practical settings.
- Other duties as assigned by the Head Athletic Trainer or Athletic Director.
Qualification:
Master's degree in Athletic Training or related field preferred, Bachelor’s degree required; athletic training experience with both men's and women's sports; teaching experience in Athletic Training or related area and American Red Cross CPR/First Aid Instructors Certificate.

Teacher Salary Schedule & $2000 Athletic Stipend.
Beginning Salary: $63,157.89 Ending Salary: $68,261.05
