The successful candidate will possess the skills, knowledge and abilities to: • Receive, prepare, serve and sell food to students and faculty • Add, subtract and make change rapidly and accurately • Clean tables, chairs, food containers, serving counters and other kitchen equipment • Maintain food service facilities in a clean and sanitary condition • Establish and maintain effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
