- To establish and direct the marketing and sales activities of El Encanto with a focus on outperforming business competitors through intelligent partnerships and well-developed alliances.
- Develop, conduct, and oversee all sales campaigns, as well as marketing and promotional activities.
- Achieve and/or surpass established top-line revenue goals for the property.
- Guide and develop Sales Managers to produce sales action plans to increase business from target markets and geo sources.
