Overview
Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with Doctors and PCPs, and driving strategic partnerships to expand our footprint in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Client and Partner Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, payers, technology vendors, and other relevant stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute sales strategies that target new clients and expand existing accounts.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and clients, manage outreach efforts, and convert them into opportunities.
- Proposal Development: Lead the creation of proposals, presentations, and pitches to secure new business and strategic partnerships.
- Industry Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to increase brand visibility and establish connections with key players in the healthcare sector.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on healthcare industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to inform business development strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management within the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare market, including healthcare providers, payers, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of building relationships and driving business growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies is a plus.
