El Especialito, the largest and most successful publishing company of weekly newspapers in New York and New Jersey, is looking for Account Executives to sell display advertising to new and existing accounts.
ADVERTISING SALES ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Prospect, contact and close new advertisers
- Work directly with clients to develop and nurture relationships to understand their advertising needs
- Prospect specific opportunities for larger sales team initiatives
- Timely and accurate tracking of all sales activity in CRM
- Manage customer relationships
- Be goal-oriented, persuasive, persistent, and a hard worker
- Possess excellent organizational, written & verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of people
- Experience with outbound sales and cold calling
- A self-motivated individual able to work independently and as part of a team
- Have keen attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- At least 1-2 years of sales experience preferred
- Use of a car and a valid driver's license
- Bilingual (Spanish a plus)
