El Jen Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services  in  is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Long term care and Skilled Nursing, as well as a proven track record of success in commission-based sales.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Long Term Care and Skilled Nursing services.
• Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with business goals and objectives.
• Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that marketing efforts remain competitive.
• Manage and hold team members accountable for their production.
• Conduct trainings for staff members and find ways to motivate them to achieve success.
• Create and maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
• Be a servant leader to the team members they oversee, providing support and guidance to help them excel.
