Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscape maintenance and a keen eye for detail. As a Lawn Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and beauty of our clients' lawns and gardens through effective lawn care practices. This role requires physical stamina, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Duties
- Perform regular lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain a neat appearance
- Provide tree care services including pruning, trimming, and removal as needed.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for digging, planting, and maintaining grounds.
- Maintain equipment in good working condition by performing routine checks and cleaning.
- Communicate with clients regarding their landscaping needs and provide recommendations for improvements.
Experience
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or lawn care is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Familiarity with groundskeeping practices and techniques is advantageous.
- Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently.
- A strong understanding of plant types, growth patterns, and care requirements is beneficial.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks including lifting heavy materials and working outdoors for extended periods.
