Staffing for a home health in Corpus Christi, Tx. This company is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to join their leadership team. The DON will oversee the clinical operations of the home health program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and compliance with all regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical oversight and leadership to the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care that aligns with the organization’s standards and best practices.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all home health services comply with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as accreditation standards.
- Staff Development: Train, mentor, and retain nursing staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment that promotes professional growth and development.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain and continuously improve quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and ensure continuous improvement in clinical practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.

- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within home health or hospice care.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in clinical software and electronic medical records (EMR); knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
