Job Summary (Essential Functions)
Provide bag, golf car and range services to members and guests.
Job Tasks/Duties Regularly Performed
· Provide a warm welcome and fond farewell to all Members & Guests by greeting Members by name, smiling, and providing seamless & attentive service.
· Prepare the Cart Staging Area each day for Member Play. This includes staging golf carts, robo carts (electric walking carts), and push carts for play throughout the day and loading the Members & Guests Golf Bags onto their preferred mode of transportation.
· Maintain the Staging Area outside of the Golf Shop. This entails keeping the area neatly presented and free of trash and debris.
· When parking golf carts, ensure they have the appropriate tire pressure and are stocked with a scorecard, pencil, and tees in the cupholders.
· Load Members & Guest bags onto their preferred mode of transportation (i.e. carts, robo cart, or push cart). Make sure all Member’s and Guest’s clubs have been properly cleaned before their arrival.
· Completes driving range tasks as assigned.
· After golfers complete their round, ensure that all Member & Guest Bags are returned to their assigned rack in bag storage room or are brough up to the bag drop near the parking lot if requested by the Member or Guest.
· Returns golf carts to cart barn; removes towels, pencils, score cards, tees, drink cans, etc., from golf carts and saves reusable items; checks carts for damage; washes golf cart, parks car in cart barn and connects charger cable.
· Advises Golf Shop of clubs found on the course and destined for the lost and found.
· Cleans all clubs for members and guests; cleans and maintains the club’s rental equipment.
· Maintains cleanliness of all work areas, including: the Bag Storage Rooms, Robo Room, Staging Area, Driving Range, etc.
· Attends staff meetings.
· Must adhere to the Club and Department’s policies and procedures, service standards, and maintain a presentable and neat appearance while working and on property
· Please note that you may be asked to help with other duties and tasks as needed or directed.
Schedule and Availability
· Must have availability to work weekdays and weekends (Morning).
Licenses and Special Requirements
· Valid driver’s license.
Demands and Work Environment
· Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.
· May be exposed to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals.
· Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; extreme cold; extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
· Able to meet and perform the physical requirements and to work effectively in an environment which is typical of this position.
· Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent lifting, bending, climbing, stooping and pulling.
· Frequent repetitive motions.

Pay: $17.26 - $20.79 per hour
