What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities/Maintenance (Full Time) position at El Paso Chihuahuas?
Facilities/ Maintenance will be responsible for repairs, upkeep and maintenance in various areas within our stadium.

- Perform routine maintenance on kitchen equipment such as ovens, dishwashers, refrigerators, soda lines, etc.
- Trouble shoot, diagnose issues, and replace parts on equipment throughout the building.
- Will work closely with management on facility related equipment installation and removal.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment, parts, supplies and to include tracking inventory levels and ordering supplies for areas managed.
- Communicate well with vendors, customers and to coordinate repairs on all areas of the kitchen and ballpark.
- Ensure all kitchen and building equipment is compliant and meets all building codes.
- Repair and perform general labor related maintenance tasks (HVAC, Painting, etc.) in all areas of the facility and park.
Skills Required:
- GED required.
- Candidate must be able to read and speak English.
- Electrical skills required, candidate does not have to be certified, strong knowledge however is a must.
- Experience with the use of both powered and manual hand tools, along with soldering tools, for efficient and precise appliance repairs.
- Experience in inventory management/digital entry: Experience in handling inventory and utilizing select screens in computer systems for data entry and lookups.
- Detail Oriented: Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Physical Aptitude: Capable of lifting 50lbs and carrying heavy objects, using pallet jacks
