Specialty Clinic Coordinator, RN - Multispecialty Center, FT Days (4447-029)
This position is responsible to provide coordination of care for patients of the hospital / physician practice, including provider issues and managing assigned staff.Required Skills
- Leadership ability, communications, and interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with physicians, management, staff, and external agencies / customers.
- Demonstrated knowledge in healthcare administration, clinic philosophy and policies and procedures.
- Ability to establish and commit to long-range goals / vision after analyzing factual information and assumptions.
- Ability to prioritize and efficiently handle multiple, simultaneous, and complex tasks and projects within tight timelines.
- Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential issues.
- Ability to develop and supervise group of professionals, decision-makers and project managers.
- Experience in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
