Level/Salary Range: $38K-$42k Annually (Depending on experience)

Travel Required: 75% or as needed
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Coordinates/assists daily street outreach efforts, including morning and end-of-day briefings.
• Coordinates daily field operations, including assigned zones within the County.
• Assist in training new homeless outreach members.
• Assist in conducting monthly outreach meetings.
• Oversees the data entry for outreach.
• Assist in sourcing new referral partners.
• Build strong relationships with outreach partners to collaborate on a homeless outreach effort.
• Provide success stories to leadership and outreach committees.
• Create and update monthly Outreach Newsletter
• Capture pertinent homeless data for weekly and monthly reports.
• Attend weekly and monthly outreach meetings and reports documenting homeless engagements, homeward-bound processing, off-the-street counts, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements
• Education: High School Diploma or GED certificate.
• Experience: Minimum of two years progressive, relevant work experience.
• Communication: Able to communicate with all levels of leadership.

• Confidentiality/Integrity: Demonstrates ability to maintain confidentiality and departmental integrity.
