Duties are performed in primarily an office environment. Will be required to carry a cell phone and be on call as needed. Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 15 pounds frequently; lifting of supplies includes computer monitors, phones, and laptops. This is a part-time position regularly working up to 25 hours per week.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Serves as liaison for Random Moment Sampling (RMS) between the Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS), Health Care Policy and Finance, and EPCDHS; submits quarterly employee rosters to the RMS vendor.
- Provides training to DHS employees and runs reports on RMS functions; monitors non-response activity and reports to the appropriate leadership team in a timely manner. Regularly and proactively communicates with employees and leadership of their critical requirement to respond to RMS requests in a timely manner.
- Serves as point of contact for distribution and coordination of individual technology equipment. maintains user log and coordinates with the Financial Services Department regarding monthly billing statements. Accesses vendor websites as necessary to download data and maintain accurate user information.
- Consistently works with vendors to ensure correct pricing and billing occurs and that equipment is updated and disposed of timely.
- Provides technological support, assistance, and training for DHS employees; serves as a liaison with the Digital, Strategy, and Technology (DST) Department. Disseminates, tracks, and maintains DHS Use and Responsibility Agreements.
- Completes minor moves of phone and desktop equipment when needed. Assists with minor internal computer problems and password resets as appropriate; coordinates with DST for all other computer issues.
- Coordinates with and assists the DST Department with State equipment exchanges, major repairs, and inventory control of DHS technology. Ensures repair reimbursements are sent to the Financial Services Department as appropriate.
- Schedules and attends committee meetings; manages documentation and ensures leadership is informed about content and assigned duties.
- Creates training materials and knowledge articles regarding common computer issues/questions.
- Ensures that access to information is in compliance with Federal, State, and County regulations and policies.
- Assists with tracking, setup, and maintaining of equipment used in DHS training sessions/presentations.
- Provides administrative support for the Human Services Operations team.
- Participates in special projects as directed.
- Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of personal computer support processes, tactics, and techniques.
- Knowledge of DHS systems, such as Trails and CBMS as well as associated processes and procedures.
- Must possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Working knowledge of Office 365 and its applications.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks and reprioritize as work situations change.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, employees, and external agencies. Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Three years of administrative support experience.
- Associate’s degree in a related field may substitute for one year of the required experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field may substitute for two years of the required experience.
- Associate's degree or higher in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- Experience with supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining computer systems or individual technology equipment.
- Administrative support experience in a human services environment.
- Must pass conditional post offer background investigation, drug screen, and physical examination.
