What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at El Paso Tacos and Tequila?
El Paso Tacos and Tequila is looking to hire servers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and answer questions
- Provide excellent dining services to guests
- Take orders and provide accurate information about food and drinks
- Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation
- Be friendly with customers and help them find their way to areas in the restaurant.
- Take drink orders at the bar, like margaritas and beer, as well as food orders from tables
- Clean tables, do sidework when necessary.
- Work as a team with other servers to provide excellent customer service
Maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
- Experience in restaurant or with customer service is preferred but not required
- Ability to work as part of a team with other servers and bartenders is preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and other staff members. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 25 pounds at any one time, and be able to walk or stand for long periods of time.
