Duties

- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed, including bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns regarding their meals.
- Process payments efficiently while ensuring accuracy in transactions.
- Maintain knowledge of current menu items, ingredients, and potential allergens to inform guests appropriately.
- Uphold health and safety standards related to food handling and service.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Server in a nightclub, fine dining, or food service environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary practices is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively.
- Experience with POS systems for order processing is advantageous.
