Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the processing of title documents and ensuring compliance with motor vehicle laws. This position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to utilize computer programs to conduct accurate transactions pertaining to motor vehicle licensing and fees.
Responsibilities
- Process title documents accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues related to title processing.
- Complete and organize documentation required for all title transactions, ensuring state mandated requirements are met.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a tag office or similar environment is desirable but not required.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with taxpayers.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced ever changing environment.
- All applicants will undergo a thorough background check required by the State for drivers license issuance.
