Bilingual Sales Representative
El Rey USA Meats and Seafood, Inc. is seeking an ambitious and driven sales representative with wholesale meat/food industry experience to join our sales team. El Rey USA is a family-owned, nationwide distributor of meat products since 2002 and is in Chicago, Illinois. We believe in the highest customer satisfaction and we are looking for a full-time sales representative who will uphold our values as well as continue to grow our brand across the Midwest. El Rey USA is only looking for hungry, driven candidates that want to learn and grow with the company.
Responsibilities:
- Serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs
- Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors
- Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques
- Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
- Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Driver's License
- Wholesale meat/food industry experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to travel within the Midwest region
This is a full-time position with a salary range of $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year. El Rey USA Meats and Seafood, Inc. offers a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, and vision insurance.
