Full Job description: Warehouse Associate
Location: El Rey USA Meats & Seafood INC - Indianapolis.
Job Objective:
Ensure the accurate receipt, verification, and storage of products, ensuring they meet the quality and quantity standards of El Rey USA Meats & Seafood INC., while contributing to the efficient organization and management of the warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Verify the quantity and quality of received products, comparing them with shipping documents.
- Record and label products in inventory systems.
- Classify and organize goods in the warehouse.
- Inform departments of any issues with received products.
- Prepare orders for shipment and assist with periodic inventory counts.
- Maintain a clean work area and follow safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience in receiving, warehouse, or logistics (preferably in food).
- Knowledge of inventory management and industrial safety.
- Ability to work in a team, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
