Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Automotive Mobile Service Coordinator to oversee and coordinate mobile service operations. This role involves scheduling service appointments, dispatching mobile technicians, managing customer communications, and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and professional service experience. The ideal candidate has experience in the automotive service industry, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at multitasking and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate mobile service appointments based on customer location, technician availability, and job urgency.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for mobile service customers—answer inquiries, confirm appointments, and provide updates.

• Dispatch technicians with all necessary job details, tools, and parts for daily routes.

• Monitor job progress and provide support to technicians and customers as needed.

• Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and reports using service management software.

• Coordinate with parts and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of needed components.

• Handle customer feedback, service issues, and rescheduling requests with professionalism and urgency.

• Assist with route optimization to improve efficiency and reduce travel time.

• Support overall service team goals and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred).

• 2 years of experience in automotive service coordination, customer service, or dispatching.

• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and services is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in using service scheduling and CRM software (e.g., Xtime, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds).

• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
